I purchased a phone and it does not work. I am trying to find out how to return for exchange but I can get nowhere. The ticket system just does not work. Is anyone able to help?

You will need to include in your message the order #, shipping address, email used for the order and name for the CPO department to send you a postage paid return shipping envelope. The CSA will forward your request to the CPO department. It may take a few extra days for you to recieve a response to your request....this is normal. As long as you have made your request to return your phone within the 30 days since first purchased it will be a hassle free return.
