I tried to update my credit card information for two phones but I am not able to get the information to go thru. Could someone please advise me as to what I have to do. Thank you

HI @mecorbett105 it is usually less trouble to use the Replace credit card option instead of delete and re-enter.
If it failed couple times, it could trigger a fraud lock
Not sure how many times you tried, but open ticket with PM CS Agent and have them to help:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@mecorbett105 hi instead of trying to update cc info use the remove option and start fresh
