Help, porting issues

So I tried porting over my Mom whos phone number is under my wind account. Right at the end when I went to activate it says Failed to activate, please contact public mobile. I tried to activate again and the sim is invalid. Mods ❤️ @Shazia_K @Mary_M @Jeremy_M @Saray_O

Got charged 120 but activation failed. Pmd mods waiting for a fix

Looks to be a technical issue that's been happening lately where the sim doesn't get fully actucated, what exactly causing it I can't say but the mods know how to fix it! Gl!

Yeh just private messaged the mods. Wind is still recieving service from what I see. 

What may have been the issue in this case?

The fact gat you tried a second time and was invalid means the port probably partially completed.

is the wind sim still receiving service?  Is the PM sim receiving any service?

probably going to need the mods, but your best to private message them.
