Help please!!

I just put my SIM card in and tried making calls for the first time and it calls the other phone and rings but when the person answers it says call failed. Help please.

A couple of things. Try taking out the SIM card and reboot the phone, then insert the card again. Reboot again.

If that doesn't work, do you have another phone you can try it in? 

Also, did you port over your number from another provider? Because if people are calling you and your other line is ringing, it doesn't sound the the port worked. Let us know. Thanks.

try reboot the phone once more and test
