Hello i cant login to my account. Either the user name is not working or the password reset option. I’m so confused need help to login . Please let me know how can I do rhat ?

In contact with an agent, my phone isn’t suspended also cleaning cache didn’t work. So let’s see what happens with agent 😥

If you haven’t gone over 90 days without payment. Try clearing your cache, cookies and go into incognito then using your email address as the user name then your password.

If the reason is because it is beyond 90 days you won't be able to access your account or get that number back. You would need to activate a new sim. You could use the same email if you would like and open a new account but would have a new number, etc.

@Farjy is your phone service working? Any chance it was suspended and you have not load fund for at least 90 days? If suspended and you didn't load fund to reactivate within 90 days, the account would have been closed
However, if your service is working or suspended but still within 90 days, you can first try using the Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ). Enter any email address you might have used. If you got the correct one, it will then ask you the answer to the security question you have selected earlier.
If you cannot self reset your password, then open a ticket with PM Support and they can sort this out for you:
