Hey guys one of my accounts has an expired credit card so it stopped working, I’m trying to get logged back into the account to update it and it keeps sending me a text with a security code to the inactive phone. Sort of a stupid way for this as it can’t work this way. Normally it should send code to email but no, it goes to the phone which doesn’t work. How can I fix this? Tia

thanks but that screen to send email only comes up after trying unsuccessfully 4 times with the text thing. It should come up first

If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
And If you can log back on thos way, go to the Profile page , click Manage EverSafe Id and change the phone number to the correct one

@MountainMaxMan2 Hit resend a few times do you not get an option for email instead to send code to . You. Can also get payment vouchers and load them 611
adding if worst comes to worse you can get support to update your credit card info also
