Dear Community

I would like to access my account in order to be able to use it.

 

My account was activated on the February 2, 2021, but to date i am unable to access it.

 

Can you assist me please

is everying ok now?   

usually its email you provided when you sign up.  go from that route.

Look like you have to open a ticket with the mod..

 

click on the bubble on the lower right corner...

Assuming you have activated a SIM. 

Did you do that at home or a store?

Did you receive a text or email from PM.

I tried based on your instructions and after inserting my email address based on what it asked.  I said "sorry we're unable to verify your email address.

Hi @Kertis-1977 if you activated in-store, create a self serve account

here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If you activated online, then you already have a self serve account.  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

 

Your username is your email address and the password was chosen by you during creating your self serve account.

 

If you had forgotten your password, go here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

Where did you activate your account?  If you did it at home you have created a self-serve account already.  If it was done at a retail location you will need to create a self-serve account.  Are you getting a certain error message?  What is happening when you try and log in.
