Help: Your system will not authorize my CC.

Hi, I have three separate accounts to manage for each of my family members. I am using the same CC for each account. Today I had to renew two of the accounts payment information when renewing the plan which expired. I successfully authorized the first account but the second account did not authorize the CC. 

 

The account # in question is 10000000xxxxxx

@pinchio, sorry to hear you are having some issues.  First I would remove your account number as this is a public forum. 

You will need to message a MOD for assistance, click on this link Moderator Team
to send a private message .
In your message please include:
* PM account email address
* SIM card number(if available)
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
