Hi, I have three separate accounts to manage for each of my family members. I am using the same CC for each account. Today I had to renew two of the accounts payment information when renewing the plan which expired. I successfully authorized the first account but the second account did not authorize the CC.
The account # in question is 10000000xxxxxx
