@Jtee604 If this is Koodo pre paid you need support to help you transfer the number , if post paid in your account go to profile page and tap the transfer number under the top red circle in my screen shot
Change # on profile tabs

if your Koodo is a prepaid account, just submit a ticket with CS agent for them to help port over here, submit the ticket with this link

if it is Koodo postpaid, then login My Account, Profile, Transfer phone number. Enter the phone number and account number and follow the steps. Once submitted, put your Koodo sim back to the phone. Koodo will send you a text and you need to reply YES to authorize. Once replied yes, you can put your PM sim back to your phone
