Help - Live Agent Request - Failed call 8UV1

Good day,

I cannot seem to dial BC numbers. Whenever I attempt to call a BC number I get a "Call cannot be completed as dialed" With error 8UV1.

Any number outside of BC works fine.

This issues has occured for all 7 BC numbers I have tried to dial.

go in to your Contacts list and add 1 to each contacts phone number ie; 1 250 608 xxxx

There have been more voice issues with the roll out of VoLTE recently. 

Try adding  prefix 1 in front of the area code.
