This is crazy I do try to. Pay with voucher and iwant to change payment method  please some one I don't Sat payment options

@Dawn_08  unfortunately,  Public mobile is all online. You have to make the changes yourself. 

Once your signed into your account,  there is an option to update payment method under the Payment tab.

Regrettably,  the payment section has been a hit and miss for months now requiring attempts over several days. 

There is also the options under the Payment tab to add voucher.

If you have a voucher, you can dial 611 and follow the prompts to add it to your account.

To change the payment method, you log into your account online or through the app on the phone and change your payment methods that way. Simple and basic.
