Hello,
I currently have a Public Physical sim. I bought a new Iphone and trying to get an esim. When I logged into the Public app I thought I was following the prompts for an Esim. But for some reason was able to purchase a new subscription, or a new Sim. All I want is to activate my physical Sim into an esim. But the instructions are so unclear. And I think I messed this up.

Tried to follow chat prompts. It said to pm a customer service agent. I can't even find that option anywhere...

Can you now download PM app on new phone and login?
They will send you 2FA and you need to receive the code on the old phone to login on new phone

So is your current account working? Can you make receive calls on your new phone?
How much did you pay fir the sim?

You should have download the PM app on your new phone. Login into your PM account. Then purchase a eSIM and the PM app will install new eSIM on your new phone (with the same number, etc)
Looks like that you have created a new PM account/plan. You will need to contact customer service agent to fix that issue. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a service ticket.

I messed this up bad. Because I used my old phone to login to public. Which then led me to buying a new Sim

@Cherrilly if you want eSIM in your new iPhone, just download Public Mobile app on your new w, login and buy eSIM from Account -> Purchase SIM card -> eSIM
