So difficult here to get any information about my plan.. when I logged in my account, just see ,, Hello,,... Can you make this easier to costumer's ? What reason to stay with public mobile? If you have problems to check your account ..

After log in, the overview page should be right in front of you and then click on whatever you're looking for. All the info is there.

When I log in to Self Serve it says "Logged in as:_____" but I don't see "Hello _____" I do see pretty much everything I need to know about my account all right there.
Are you certain you are logging in to the Self Serve account?

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and using a different browser with incognito mode?
PM's site can be quite glitchy and sometimes waiting a little while is all that's needed.

@vladbryn1974 It is slow to get to the overview page as you sign in "My Account."
