I have autopay, but this month I was charged 9 dollars, not like before.  I forgot my password for  my self service..tried to reach " agent".... Had bad costumer support. She or machine asked me strange questions.. Like - how long I have publik mobil...
So difficult here to get any information about my plan.. when I logged in my account, just see ,, Hello,,... Can you make this easier to costumer's ? What reason to stay with public mobile? If you have problems to check your account ..
Can I get data for my plan ?
I tried to contact costumer service about overpayment, but nothing help. Very bad costumer support here. Some people don't use internet, how can they resolve problems?
