what you need to do now is to put your account to Lost/Stolen first (From Account page on the app, click Report Lost/Stolen device). Then Logout and log back in and undo the Lost/Stolen. The system should then renew

you need to manually payment to resume service if autopay fails
Login to My Account using browser with Incognito mode, click Pay and Resume Services to make a manual payment
if you don't see such a button, use the following link to go to the Add Fund to account page using the browser, load enough fund for the system to renew your service:

After you make the payment, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone and test

@Harsh22 You can buy payment voucher from shoppers and load funds *611 to resume services right away , or log into your account and go to payment page and load funds with credit card or voucher and make payment and reboot the phone

login to My Account, click the button Pay and Resume services and you can make a payment to resume
