Ok. Have you read any of the many other replies to your multiple threads?
Dial 1 first before the 10 digits.
Is your service active?
What happens when you dial 611?
What does it have to say?

Are you on the $15 plan?
With the $15 plan you are limited to 100 outgoing minutes. Seconds are rounded up to the closest minute. (eg. A 10 second call is rounded up to 1 minute). As well, checking your voicemail with your phone will use up outgoing minutes too. You can use another phone to check your voicemail. Dial your number and press * at the greeting. You can also purchase an add on in self service of 500 minutes for $5. The unused portion is rolled over from month to month until it is used up.

@Anndeecobb what plan are you on? If your on the $15 plan make sure you have minutes by dialing 611 or checking via selfserve. If the minute counter is not on the first page then you have used up your minutes. Best to buy the 500 minute add-on for $5. If you have minutes make sure your dialing the correct number
