Good afternoon,
When I purchased a SIM card from Public Mobile on October 8th, your website said it would take 2-3 business days to receive it. Now, I tracked the system, it says Public Mobile is STILL PROCESSING my request, and I will not receive it before October 17th!!
I want to cancel this purchase (since it is still processing and is not out for delivery yet), and I want a full refund!
I can't even access my account without completing activation of the SIM card, so I can't even tell you my account number! Just this from the email I received:
Name: Jaime
Account Number **** **** **5211
I want someone to call me. This is unacceptable.

We are all customers just like you here. Nobody from PM is here. I'd suggest purchasing it from Amazon so it's faster. Then when you get it you can contact a CS Agent and ask the purchase price be refunded to your account

Unfortunately there is no way to call Public Mobile for customer support and nobody will call you. You will have to send them a message through the community mailbox.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).
Unfortunately it can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive a SIM card directly from PM and you don’t get an order confirmation or tracking number. This is why we always suggest people to order a SIM from Amazon or to pick one up from a local Telus corporate store if they have them in stock.
