I hav left the country and I forgot to set my self serve account up. Now the sim does not work where I am and therefore cannot recieve the text message with 6 digit pin to set it up. The problem is I have it on auto billing or otherwise I would let the account laspe.

I don't think there is a way for you to set up your selfserve account without being able to get that text message.
Are you trying to disable autopay and cancel the account? If so, send a private message to the Moderator Team to do so.
