I had a problem with my autopayment going through. Thus plan stayed on old 6GB plan when I had set it up to change to the new 12GB plan. I made my payment that was due on November 10th manually with my credit card. Then signed up for autopay again. @Shazia_K upgraded my plan to the 12gb plan as requested today (Nov 14th) but I think I got charged twice within one month according to my account transaction history. Can Mods or Members please verify if I got charged twice? Thanks

From your transaction history. I saw PM charged you 120, then PM adjusts the balance to 120, then charge again. It looks like charged twice, but actually just once. The second charged did in the PM system,not on your credit card. Just in case, check your bank history.

@suno...So only Credit/Visa Debit Top up = payment? Sorry it's difficult to understand the traqnsaction history sometimes.

You were only charged once. Look at the transaction type. There is only one Credit/Visa Debit TopUp transaction
The Nov.14 was a Balance Adjustment transaction performed by mod.
