It is easier sell with the moderator faster response time.  I always tell my friends and family about the no call center and moderator support.  I let them to decide whether PM is for them or not.  This is my under promise and over delivered approach to referral.

@Vimalkumar...those long distance minutes and the data don't expire on your renew date. If there's any left at your renewal time, they'll just roll over until you use them up...even if it takes several months or longer.
