Public Mobile works on following frequencies: 

• For 3G use (UMTS/HSPA): 850MHz/1900MHz bands
• For 4G/LTE use: 1700MHz/2100MHz bands
• For 4G/LTE use: 700 MHz band

Yes your phone should work on LTE because band 4 is 1700/2100 MHZ and band 17 is 700 MHZ. Also the 3G should work as well you have 1900/850 MHZ.
