I have 2 accounts and I dont know how to access one of them. I pay for 2 seperate phone numbers, one is
xxxxxxxxxxxxx and one is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I am paying 39.55 on the 10th of the month by visa for the 226 phone number, and I would like to cancel all add ons and have this plan on the 18$/month option, but I am unable to log into the account associated with it. I cannot recover the email, as the associated email no longer exists. Can i put both of these phones on the same plan? Id like to only have the 18$ a month plan on BOTH phones.
I have been able to only log into this account, which is paying for the 519 number.
I dont know how else to contact a human regarding this issue.

whatever you're currently paying for each plan now, you won't be able to get back to the cheaper plans like the $18 plan you refer to. You're stuck with what you have unfortunately. Your only hope is to log in to each account and see what plans you have available...nor likely gonna see anything cheaper that what you have. There are no "live" person to call or call you about this. We'll help you figure how to get into your accounts but don't expect any cheaper plan options, I'm afeared.

first, removed your phone numbers, we are just customers, so, don't post the numbers
and PM system is set to have one login for one number, so if you have 2 numbers, you need two email addresses to login
and also, you likely cannot change to $18 plan. $18 plan only for new activation
