My phone is dead. I had a esim. Bought a sim to use different phone. Having problem now to switch since they send a code to my phone, and there is no option for email. I dont have access to my phone but I have to my email

Tried talking to them through messages and didn't go anywhere. I opened a ticket. Thanks so much for your help)

@DavidH09 Then use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen to submit ticket if that dosent work you can use the link from my first reply to contact support and , just know it’s bit late now and most likely won’t get reply now until tomorrow support is 7 days a week 9am-10PM EST

@DavidH09 Strange I only ever need code sent to log into my account , when logged in the public mobile app I just go to the account page and notice “ change your SIM card “ tap it and follow the prompts that’s it and then wait few mins poo in new SIM card and reboot the device and you will keep same phone number and plan

I can log into my account, but when you go to switch Sim card they have identify you, thats when they send you code but I have no option for email

@DavidH09 You can ask support to sim swap the number for you if your it able to log into your account and do it yourself, and since you can’t log into your account you will have to send private message to get help
