Lost my account… no email no pass word
cannot log in. Lost my phone and would like to keep my same number please help

You will need the help of a CS_Agent to access your account.
Once you get a new phone and SIM.
Login to your account and click on Change SIM Card to keep your old number.
Once there are no payment in your account longer than 90 days…your account will be closed and number lost.

@Manuel1941 First open ticket with PM Support and get access back to My Account. Once you got back in , put the account on Lost/Stolen first

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
Then you will need to go out and but a new PM sim from Telus or Koodo store. Do not buy from PM online as it will take long to deliver
Once you got the new sim card and a replacement phone, login back to My Account and resume the service first. Then you can go to Change SIM Card and request the system to update the record to your new sim card
