I cannot access my voice mail. I have tried every combination of my passwords with no success.

@edwardeley you can login your My Account and reset VM password:
At My Account, go to Profile Page, click Voicemail Password in the My Security Info box
Once you are in the Reset Voicemail Password page, click Initiate voicemail password reset button.
Once you have successfully initiated, dial your own phone number to get prompted and continue with the process.
Follow the instructions from the automated voice assistant to finish resetting your Voicemail password.
