Hi
I have 3 other PM accounts, no problems.
I have tried to register a 4th account with a new email, my credit card was charged, but the next screen said the card was denied. I then tried it again. Card charged again, same denial.
The second time, my sim started getting a signal, I received a PIN, but I cant make calls, even though the plan Ive paid for (twice) is $60 + taxes for unlimited provincial calls nil else.
I tried to login, password wrong. Changed password, email address not recognised.
I need the phone to be active urgently. Please help ASAP!

You'll need to contact the moderators (= PM employees) for help with account issues. Please be aware that they seem to be busier than usual. But, working on a first come first serve basis, they will get back to you asap tomorrow morning. We recommend that you enable email notifications so that you get their message right away and follow the procedure right away to avoid another reset time out.
