Renewal date is today. Lost all service! I even needed to register myself as a new user! help!

Your user name is your email address that you used to sign up for PM.  If you forgot your password, you can try to reset your password.

If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator, but expect 1-2 day wait.

I assume today would have been the first day of your new billing cycle?  Did payment go through?
