I am travelling to the USA for 10 days this evening and need to add on the US Text/Talk Roaming Package. I waited until today because of the time restrictions on these packages. Now I am unable to add it on, because I continue to get a "Generic Error" when I click on the associated tab. It instructs me to log out and log back in; I have tried doing this on Chrome and Internet Explorer, tried clearing my cache and browsing data however I still cannot access the Add-On page. Can an admin assist with this, as I need it ASAP!

I just purchased the US roaming talk add-on, and have the same issue.

Thank you! When I initially tried, it allowed me to put the add-on in, but when I tried to pay I kept getting a "Generic Error" page. But after a few tries, it looks like it finally took!

Do you have any ad blocking extensions or other extensions installed?
Actually I see what you mean. Instead of clicking on "plans and addons", on the "overview" tab scroll down and click on "purchase addons" and that loads the page fine.
