Hey all. A few weeks ago when my plan changed at the begining of December, I was without service for nearly a week. The issue was resolved by the mods here and I am very grateful for how quickly they responded. But now for the second time this month i am without service. I've tried rebooting and leaving my phone off but nothing seems to be working. I would appreciate some help from a mod once again, as I would like this settled asap. Thanks in advance.
