I received the SMS text in order to transfer my number, I got everything transferred correctly, however, I can't receive calls, I can only make calls. Everything else works fine.

Hi, did you remove your previous SIM card from your phone yet? Once removed you should be receiving incoming calls.
Restart your phone and try again. If it still doesnt work, ask agents to check for you.
