Are you supposed to notify customers ahead of time of any plan rate changes? I was notified about the Rewards Program and about the 9-1-1 tax, but not the last few changes in plan rates, which is frustrating because we have four members in our house with three different plans.

I'm worried we're too late now, but I will look in to that and keep it in mind for the future. Thank you!

they still won't force you to upgrade the plan. I hope you didn't activate another plan. It is better to ask PM to check and confirm
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox, between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

I believe that $13 plan customers still have a $13 plan. I do not recall this plan that was originally $10 ever being increased to $15.

PM does NOT change plan cost out of a blue. Cost stays the same as long as you are customer.

E911 fees? They announced

PM doesn’t change the rate unless you switched to a different plan.
The only latest change is the Provincial government have added a fee for 911 depending on the area code your number is located.

What plan rate change? As far as I know, the rates have not been changed.
But they normally do tell us within 30 days of any upcoming changes.
