Hi can someone please help me activate my sim card. My previous plan was on a corporate account.

so if the port was successful, just reboot phone and it should be good to go.

@onkar1 before you request port in your number, you need to check with your office and confirm they gave call the provide and marked the number can be ported away.
Once this is cleared up, you can just activate and request porting like any number

First make sure that you were not charged with your failed activation.
If not charged, you can try again, but as mentioned before, might want to activate with a temporary number first.
The website is finicky, so you can try with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Might want to call your corporate account to see whether you can port that number. In the past, for some companies, the corporate account needed to be switch to regular account prior to porting.

is the holder of the previous account willing to let you port to PM ?
In the mean time, take a different number temporarily ..then start the porting process.
