Got a text saying I've used 100% of my data, but in my account online, it says I have 1.33Gig left.

Why is this? I've been with public for a very long time. Is this how loyal customers are treated?  @CS_Agent

Everybody is treated equally here.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
