Hello everyone,
I recently just got a line with Fido using the same phone number I was using with Public Mobile. The guy at the booth transferred my number to Fido for me.
I wanted to access my Public Mobile account to see if my plan is canceled, but I cannot access it. Is this because I am not with Public Mobile anymore? Is my plan automatically canceled once I transfer?

@simonhor1 Your plan is now cancelled.
Since account is now closed, you no longer need to worry about PM taking money from your card anymore.even though you didn't disable Autopay earlier. Just can an eye on your credit card just in case

@simonhor1 Yes once you port out, your account here is automatically closed for good. So you can't log in anymore.
