I need help please I lost my Public Mobile SIM card while I was away on my trip and I did buy new SIM card my question is there any chance I can keep same phone number ? I did try on self serve to add on new SIM number but it seems didn’t work . Please help !!! Thank you .

@Nhu307   Yes of course.  It can be done easily

Logon to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (Yes, the trick is using a computer.  Due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps there
