Global Text Not Working

Hello!

 

I'm new to Public Mobile, Ive had it for two weeks so far. Chose the 90 day plan with global texting however any time I try to text home (Brazil), my texts never get there. I have put all the right codes for global text such as +(country code)(area code)(phone number).

 

None of my attempts seem to work. I was wondering if I could be having problems with my account? Texting within Canada works just fine.

Yes, it is called Claro

One more experiment: ask someone in Brazil to text you and try direct feply to them.

In case there is some specific knowledge, what is make/model of your phone?
