Good morning:
I need to contact a moderator. I lost my service some time ago and resubscribed to PM. My old number is still available. How can I get it back? I am a blind computer user and tried to submit a ticket on line about this, however, the website did not work with my screen reader. Please a moderator contact me!

Live chat is only offered in specific situations at the descretion of Public Mobile. Most support is not offered in real time.

Regarding your issue, I think it is totally possible to get your phone number back since phone number is tied to your SIM card and your account with PM, more specifically your account number hasn't changed. A live agent usually responds within 30 minutes!
