I have tried to reset but the program wont let me in after I reset the password. My visa got changed and I need to pay for my renewal account for work purposes.. Please help!!! need to get into my account.

use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private mode, then Reset Password
after successful reset passowrd then close all browser,/clear cache/cookies/one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything, just wait about a 3 second will automatically be login,,
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

@mike40 since Reset Password didn't work for you, it's time to engage PM Support for help. They should be able to help quickly. Open ticket with them, get the login issue sorted out and then you can update your credit card:
