Get Support vs Lounge.

I try to entertain the fact that there are two sections on The Community and began using both to post a variety of different things. Doing this I have noticed in the 'Get Support' there is alot more action and responses than in 'The Lounge', almost as if it's tucked away not to be seen. 

I feel something more needs to be done to promote 'The Lounge' or feature the posts from there.. most just skip right past it, some maybe not even knowing of its existence.

Thanks for choosing a solution!  Like finally pm will address the abyssmal mess the lounge has become......an unsearchable, purposeless dumping ground for posts and threads deemed worthy or unworthy of earning a bravo.

I used to own some serious real estate in there but after removing all personal non font content earlier this year it doesn't even register anymore.

Good description of the lounge as that's what it's supposed to be for but in practice some oracles choose to decide whether or not your posted question is worthy of the "get help" section and if in their opinion alone it is not then they move it to the lounge regardless of whether or not the topic of the question is pm or mobile phone related and vice versa.

Abyssed in other words. The lounge an unsearchable mess no longer serving its original purpose.

Lounge is section to post something which has nothing to do with the Public Mobile or mobile phones.

Area where when you are REALLY bored and REALLY have nothing to do - then you go to Lounge and start wasting your life there.

If something catches my interest then I might say something. Otherwise, it's doing its job. Then of course these kinds of discussions get sent over to there which adds more to it.

@Priority  It’s for support  section side of things gets the most action . And lounge for other topics . And seeing as most are coming here for help . It’s really no surprise the get support section is more fast pace
