Frustrating, useless login process and chatbot

I have nothing but trouble with PM. If I were not out of the country, I would kick it to the curb. Can't get text codes because PM does not seem to understand that the world is big and extends outside of North America. I have gotten four emailed codes, none of which let me in. The same problem has been noted by others that you get the stupid message that the site is down or having maintenance, yadayada. Why can't they get it right? I had gotten another PM sim for my partner so that when he gets to Canada he could use that instead of his Aus phone, which is heaps better, BTW. I think I will just put that through the shredder. Twice the frustration is never worth the few bucks.

I have gone through that frustrating chat bot to no avail. I have sent off messages to the cs_agent and don't know if it has been received, because it seems that an auto reply of having received a message is beyond the scope of PM.

How have others dealt with this inability to get to your account? Thanks in advance for any solution that might be successful.

@StillAngry  The account section seems to be up and running again, I was able to log in a couple of minutes ago to test.  Most companies that do computer system maintenance do it at night so as to disrupt the least number of people.

How have others dealt with this inability to get to your account?

I actually have had no problem logging in to my account.  I guess you're just one of the "lucky" ones, unfortunately.   The nearest thing to a confirmation that your private message has been received is to check your Sent messages folder to make sure it went.

Thanks. I'll give it a go. The chatbot did say that there was no maintenance, though.

Yes, system is down right now. There is more often than not maintenance going on in the evenings. If you need access to your account try accessing self service during the day Canadian time. Use incognito and clear your browser cache before trying.
