I wish I could talk to a real person. This AI Chatbot crap is so frustrating. Anyone know a number to call to get an answer to my issues?

Make certain that Roaming data is enabled. Check the settings to make certain your phone has volte enabled and turned on, otherwise you're restricted to 2G for calling.
When the recent PM interruption clears, log in to your account just to confirm is the correct plan is showing on your account. (If you have the PM app, apparently you should be able to log in on the app)

are you in US now or still in Canada?
your text and picture is not working unless you have wifi because you are using imessage or RCS. Please try to click Reset network settings or Reset all networks
Voice should have nothing to do with Wifi or not, if it is, then you are using facetime or whatsapp call or so,not mobile voice call

Ensure you have data roaming turned on, go to cellular settings, then network selection and manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T and then reboot. If one doesn’t work then try the other.
