Hi,

I just subscribed to Public Mobile and have been charged twice.

How do I get the second charge canceled?

I am sorry to hear that you might have been charged twice. Can you confirm that on your bank statement both of the charges are posted? If one is pending it will most likely fall off. 

But if both are posted, please reach out to customer service for assistance.
