I have difficulty adding my new bank card to my account although I have my login information but when I login I can’t find any option to add my new bank card

Can you access the payments tab? If you go to payment, then manage subscription, you’ll have the option to change the payment method.

When I login all I can see is the subscriptions plane I can’t find any other option

Does your bank card have either a Visa or Mastercard logo on it? Otherwise, it won't be usable.

go under manage subscription and there you will find the option to update your payment card.
