Frustrated - wife locked out of her account

Hi my wife's account is locked out who do I contact? I can't even log in to update a payment method. Why would you lock an account if there was a problem with a payment method?

@hc911 Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your wife's phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET). Response is generally within few hours, but may take 24.

@hc911 That link didn't work for me.

@PJC Not sure you can change/edit credit card by calling 611.

You can also make payments by dialing 611, if it is urgent.

Did you try clicking on the reset password link under the log in credentials?
