Hi, I purchased a Public Mobile SIM and did the prepaid thing back in October this year. I went to a kiosk and the employee did the registration etc for me. I gave the employee a referral code from my friend and since October my friend has not received their reward - and if I'm supposed to get a reward for it I have also not received a reward...

I think so you might be miss some of letter of your referral code and you can also talk with customer service they might be solve your problem.

I did a friend referral last month and it took a while to show up on my account. I would try getting ahold of customer service and see if they can apply the discount since it's been so long.

Is the reward not showing on either of your self-serve accounts? You'd see a $10 credit and your friend would see a $1 refer-a-friend credit.
If not, contact moderator to advise.
