Only freebies from PM is during holiday season.
If you signed up with PM LAST year or earlier but did not receive SMS for bonus, contact agent to add it manually for you.
If you signed up in Dec 2022 then bonus should be automatically added to your account.

@fortmcmurray @If your referring to the more is merrier give away of 2G and 500 international min it had expired dec 31/2022 if you received the text and replied YES2 and just don’t see it in your account try this first
Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile
Refresh page. ^^^
for u to date account info if it’s still not there then reach out to support to have them manually apply it

If your talking about the holidays gifts of add ons, the deadline of December 31 has already passed.
You can ask for them now and maybe you'll get lucky and still get them, if you ask a Customer Support Agent.

if not, open ticket with Cs agent and see if they can still apply it back for you. hope they still can
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
