So in the past week i have purchased 2 sim cards (one being yesterday afternoon) and set up 2 new accounts with ported numbers from Virgin. I was not offered the new promo, paid $10 each for the sim card and was not aware of the 3p day free. One was for a $45 plan the other for a $30 plan. Should Walmart not have mentioned this to me?

According to the announcement, the offer was effective from 1:00pm March 28. If your accounts were set up before that time, you are out of luck.
