Free month of service question

Hey guys,

I joined Public Mobile on Oct.19, I got an email about a free month of service about a week after and I signed up, I entered my email and its saying I'm eligible. It says I have to activate by November 13, does that mean I have to get a new plan by that date (changing my anniversary date), or can I just continue with my current plan, and still get the month free.

Unfortunately, you do not qualify for the 2nd month free promotion.  You need to sign up your email address prior to activation of your plan.

You don't meet the criteria of the promotion.
