I picked up a PM sim card at the local Telus store and was charged $10+tax ($11.20 total). The clerk said that all I need to do when I activate is indicate this and I will receive a credit on my account. I didn't see anywhere to mention this, and was not able to do so. How do I receive my credit??

Unfortunately, there is no such credit. Contacting a customer support agent isn't the procedure to receive it as there is no free SIM card after purchasing it from a store. If a customer support agent does issue a credit, it would be because of incorrect information given at the Telus retail location, but it's important for everyone to know that there isn't actually supposed to be any refund given.

The Telus Representative probably assumed you were going to use a Referral Code, to which than you do get $10 back. Some of them might accidentally consider this a refund for the SIM Card purchase. 🤔

Just explain that you bought a SIM card in store and the TELUS employee said to contact you to get a credit of $10 in My Account.
