Hi All,

It's weird that when I use data to browse the community, I got Screenshot_20190225-192102__01.jpg

But when I switch to different network everything works fine as usual.

Could someone explain?

Sorry for your experience. I had the same thing happen August 2019.

On iPhone,  go to settings > cellular > cellular data options.  Then disable the option for Enable LTE.  Try logging in again.  This worked for me. Once I was back on, I change that setting back on. Everything has been fine since.

Have you confirmed your plan has data left; you can use cellular data to surf the net?

Another experiment: tether another phone/computer to your phone and see what happens.

Just thought of another one: create a new Community account.

That's about the end of my ideas. Good luck.

With an different IP, it no longer bans me.

This means your account is not the issuse.  The IP adress was the issue.  Someone else might have used address in past to spam.

What's the make/model of your phone? Any recent software updates?

Yup, but that didn't change anything.

It must be banned on ip then.   telus doesnt want you to move to public mobile.  haha

Ip adresses are dynamic which means they can change.  The adrdress maybe used by a trouble maker before.

Is this true for mobile data?

Yes.  Public can change your IP at any time, from session to session. They can also assign the same address if they choose to.  Some people pay extra for static IP for home or business internet connections.

Sounds like ip adress was banned.  Someone else could have used that address before and cause problems. IP adresses get reused.  Try disabling data and turn back on to try to get different IP.

It's the IP assigned by PM.

Maybe your isp is ban?  Cat Happy

No. It's the other way around.

It's working when I use home Wi-Fi.

But not working when I use Public Mobile Data.
